In this individualized guided session, you'll be gently led through conscious breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and support the release of stored stress and tension. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're experiencing breathwork for the first time or deepening an existing practice—so you can feel safe, supported, and at ease throughout the experience. Greg creates a grounded, intuitive, and nurturing space that allows you to explore the power of your breath at your own pace. As your session unfolds, you may experience greater relaxation, mental clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to yourself. 90-Minute Breathwork & Integration Session (Most Popular) A spacious, personalized experience that includes a guided breathwork session followed by ample time for integration and reflection. Depending on your needs, this additional time may include Reiki energy work, spiritual or mindset coaching, or simply space to process your experience, discuss insights, and explore supportive next steps and resources. 60-Minute Breathwork Session A complete guided breathwork experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. This session includes time for a brief check-in before your practice and reflection afterward. 45-Minute Breathwork Session Ideal for returning breathwork clients who are familiar with the process and ready to settle into their next breathwork experience with minimal discussion before and after the session.
