This 45-minute guided breathwork class is designed to create space between your inner landscape and the noise of the outside world. Through intentional breathing, gentle awareness, and mindful presence, we work to reset the nervous system, releasing built up tension and restoring balance. Led by Greg of The Nature Within, this monthly class invites you to carve out sacred space for yourself - a moment of accountability for your well-being and Peace of Mind.
