I’m Greg, a Certified Breathwork Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Life Coach and professional educator with over 30 years of experience in wellness and mental health. My career spans public schools, psychiatric hospitals, alternative school programs, and adolescent Training Schools, giving me a strong foundation in behavioral modification and belief transformation. Living with an autoimmune disease and chronic pain led me to explore holistic healing, where I found profound relief through Reiki, breathwork, and meditation. Now, I share these tools to help others reconnect with themselves and find balance, clarity, and strength. My approach blends Eastern and Western philosophies, weaving together intuitive, heart-centered practices with a grounded understanding of science and mindfulness. Each session is guided by compassion, presence, and a commitment to helping others discover their own path toward healing and purpose and connect with their Nature Within. I see clients in my Berlin, Connecticut office & remotely via Zoom.
