The Universe Is Waiting

There comes a moment in each of our lives when the question is no longer what am I waiting for?

The question becomes: am I willing to choose myself?

Because the truth is simple—and often uncomfortable:

as soon as you choose you, the Universe allows.

Not because the Universe was withholding, but because it was waiting for your consent.

The Stories We Live Inside

When we fail to see the beauty in our lives, we unconsciously strengthen our stories.

We gather evidence from the past—memories, disappointments, moments of rejection—and we build a case for why life is the way it is.

Our time becomes our story.

Our story becomes our way.

And whatever we seek proof of, we will always find.

If we choose isolation, we will find reasons we are alone.

If we choose unworthiness, we will find moments that confirm we don’t deserve more.

If we choose scarcity, we will overlook abundance even when it is right in front of us.

We miss the importance of the text from a friend.

We overlook the impact of a family visit.

We don’t notice the opportunities quietly presenting themselves over and over.

Not because they aren’t there—but because our perspective filters them out. We feed our own narrative.

Perspective Is the Doorway

Perspective changes allow us to receive what we are actually ready for.

And belief is the key that turns the lock.

This is where the work lives.

Worthiness.

Trust.

The courage to ask:

  • Do I deserve this?

  • Will I even know what to do with it?

  • How long before I sabotage it?

  • Can I allow without controlling?

  • Can I let go without fear?

Belief does not work in isolation.

It only works through connection—to self, to body, to breath, to presence.

Belief operates on your watch, not anyone else’s.

The Humbling Classroom of Experience

Life humbles us intentionally.

Every experience—especially the uncomfortable ones—provides exactly what we need.

Everything.

When experiences humble us, they ask us to move gently.

But when we’re in the middle of them, that can feel impossible.

How do we allow anger to sizzle before it erupts?

How do we let heavy emotions soften and move without detonating our nervous system?

Sometimes the answer is smaller than we think.

Laughter.

One conscious breath.

One lighter thought.

One moment of presence—especially when we don’t feel like it.

Each moment can dissipate and dissolve the old story a little at a time.

The Spark Within

When we reconnect to ourselves—truly reconnect—something ignites.

A spark.

That spark tunes us into the frequencies of:

  • Health

  • Wisdom

  • Happiness

  • Joy

This is not fantasy.

This is not bypassing.

This is truth.

But it must be allowed.

And it must be believed.

The Power of the Present Moment

We hear so often about the “precious present moment” because it is the only place where life actually happens.

Not in the stories.

Not in tomorrow’s anxiety.

Not in yesterday’s regret.

The next moment is now.

Sometimes all it takes is tripping the wire—catching an opportunity we’ve been overlooking.

Seeing a connection we didn’t notice before.

This can come through:

  • Breath

  • Prayer

  • Writing

  • Affirmations

  • Movement

  • Mantra

  • Silence

Each practice interrupts the old circuitry and gently returns us to choice.

Subtle Signs and Sacred Allowing

As soon as you choose yourself, subtle signs begin to appear.

They don’t arrive loudly.

They creep into awareness.

A conversation.

A feeling.

A coincidence with new meaning.

Curiosity follows.

Understanding deepens.

And slowly, the magic of the Universe begins unfolding again.

But here’s the edge:

When magic appears, excitement can turn into expectation.

Expectation becomes control.

Control turns into chasing.

And suddenly, the old story returns—uninvited, but familiar.

The medicine is always the same:

come back to now.

Allow.

Surrender.

Frequencies, Illusions, and Choice

We all live in parallel lives determined by the frequency we are operating on.

Lower vibrational energies—anger, shame, guilt, fear—create the illusion of separation.

They convince us we are alone, unsupported, disconnected.

This illusion thrives in competition, division, and comparison—systems we’ve been trained to normalize.

Choosing yourself does not mean rejecting ambition or drive.

It means refusing to live from rage, envy, hatred, or fear.

Because what we feed, grows.

And what we resist, persists.

Choosing Yourself Is a Process

Sometimes choosing yourself feels strong.

Other times it feels like a cry for help.

Both are valid.

And if you are not there yet, know this:

there is support all around you until you can choose yourself.

You are guided.

You are held.

You are not late.

You are exactly where you need to be.

When the connection returns—and it always does—you begin to witness the magic again.

Over a lifetime, we cycle through this classroom repeatedly until the lesson integrates.

We are never truly lost.

The Universe Has Been Waiting

We are exactly where we need to be because of where we’ve been.

Every experience has prepared us for this moment.

You already know what turns the key.

You have to choose you—or someone else will.

And once you bet on yourself…

the Universe will too.

The Universe has been waiting for you.

You know where to find it—

right here, when you’re ready.
