Fridays: A Day To Connect To Balance, Harmony, Discipline & Wholeness


✨ Friday Reflections: Balance ✨



Being a father of five, a husband, a coach, and working two jobs — balance isn’t just an idea, it’s something I live, breathe, and constantly return to.


For me, balance begins when I pause.

When I find a quiet space, let my nervous system settle, and reflect on three simple questions:


What do I want to keep?

What do I want to adjust?

What do I want to release?


It’s not always easy — especially when we’re caught in the middle of it all. But clarity and harmony often come when I allow myself to listen beneath the noise.



The Spiritual Side of Balance



Fridays are often connected with Archangel Gabriel and Serapis Bay, whose energies bring balance, discipline, and purity. Whether or not that resonates with you, the essence is the same: balance requires honesty, clarity, and the willingness to let go.


For me, the Tao has been my compass, reminding me to flow between opposing energies with more ease. It’s not about perfection — it’s about presence. It’s about virtue — how we show up even when no one is watching.



Anchors That Keep Me Grounded



Teachers like Wayne Dyer have influenced my understanding, but at the end of the day, I return to the same anchors:


  • Breath — simple, steady, and always available.

  • Reiki — a practice that brings me back into alignment with life-force energy.

  • Meditation — the quiet space where I reconnect with clarity and purpose.



These practices remind me that balance isn’t something to chase — it’s something we choose, moment by moment.
