The Nature Within LLC


There is a quiet intelligence that only reveals itself when we stop.


Not when we push harder.

Not when we analyze more.

But when we pause.


The pause can look simple on the surface—a conscious breath, stepping outside into nature, closing your eyes for a few moments, or choosing not to react right away. But beneath that simplicity is something far more powerful: space.


And it’s within that space that insight is born.


We often move through life in constant motion—mentally, emotionally, physically. In that movement, we try to solve, fix, and control. But clarity rarely arrives in the noise. It arrives in the moments where we create enough distance to actually hear ourselves.


There is a form of meditation I’ve been working with that centers around this idea: remaining in stillness, or in conscious non-reaction, until the right action arises. Not forced. Not rushed. Not fear-driven. Just clear.


This takes practice.


Because the pause doesn’t just give us answers—it builds patience. And patience is something most of us haven’t been taught to cultivate in a real, embodied way.





Setting the Stage: Intention and Inner Support



When we enter a pause intentionally, we’re not just “doing nothing.” We’re creating a container.


Calling in guidance, protection, or simply setting an intention isn’t about needing something outside of us—it’s about signaling to our system that we are safe to open. That we are willing to listen.


And that willingness changes everything.





The Heart at the Center



Lately, much of my own work has been centered around the heart.


Not just as an idea—but as a functional center of intelligence.


The heart chakra plays a unique role in our energetic system. When it’s open and supported, it influences everything else. Much like the physical heart supports the body by circulating blood, the energetic heart supports how we experience connection, meaning, and ultimately—love.


And love, despite how often we use the word, is something many of us feel disconnected from.


Our culture has complicated it. Distorted it. Made it something to question, defend against, or even avoid. For many, the word itself can feel uncomfortable—guarded by layers of past experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns.


This is where the pause becomes essential.


Because we cannot force the heart open. But we can create the conditions where it feels safe enough to soften.





The Bridge: Solar Plexus and Self-Worth



Directly beneath the heart sits the solar plexus—the center of self-worth, identity, and personal power.


If the heart is our capacity to love, the solar plexus is how we see ourselves within that love.


This is where many of us struggle.


Shame. Judgment. “Not enough.”

These are what I call bridge disruptors—they weaken the connection between the heart and the rest of our system.


When the solar plexus dims, it’s like the sun setting within us. Our confidence lowers. Our willingness to be seen fades. And slowly, we begin to disconnect from both our truth and our expression.


Over time, we stop showing up fully—not because we don’t want to, but because something within us no longer feels strong enough to stand in that light.





The Root and Sacral: Safety and Feeling



This is why grounding matters.


When we begin with the root chakra—creating a sense of safety and stability—we give ourselves a foundation. From there, we move into the sacral space, where emotions, creativity, and stored experiences live.


This is often where things get uncomfortable.


Feelings we’ve avoided. Emotions we’ve buried. Patterns we haven’t fully processed.


But within the pause, something shifts. With each breath, we create just enough space to feel without becoming overwhelmed. And in that space, insight begins to surface.


Not all at once—but in small, honest openings.





The Practice of Seeing Your Own Light



One of the most important aspects of this work is learning to see yourself clearly.


Not through the lens of criticism or comparison—but through recognition.


Your gifts.

Your nature.

Your way of being in the world.


When we reconnect with that, we begin to nourish something that has often been waiting patiently beneath the surface. A quiet brilliance. A natural confidence.


The kind that doesn’t need to prove itself—but is willing to be seen.





Trust, Breath, and the Space Between



The pause also builds trust.


Especially for those who have experienced betrayal, control, or deep judgment—trust doesn’t come easily. But the pause allows us to step out of immediate reaction and into a higher perspective.


We begin to see what’s ours to hold… and what’s ours to release.


For me, breath is the doorway.


Slow, conscious breathing—sometimes including breath holds—has a way of resetting the system. It brings us back into the body. Back into the present. Back into truth.


In those moments, the heart becomes clearer.


And from that clarity, something else opens—the throat.


When the system is grounded, and the heart is engaged, our voice changes. It becomes less reactive. Less sharp. Less guarded.


And more honest.

More compassionate.

More aligned.





Why the Pause Matters



Life will always bring intensity. Stress. Uncertainty. Pressure.


But the pause gives us another option.


Instead of reacting to every wave, we learn how to sit through the storm. To wait. To listen. To respond from a place that is actually aligned.


This doesn’t mean life becomes easier.


It means we become more stable within it.


And from that stability, we begin to access something deeper—clarity, creativity, connection, and a grounded sense of truth.





A Simple Practice



If you take anything from this, let it be this:


Give yourself five minutes.


Step away from the noise.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose… and a longer breath out.


Do this a few times.


Let your body settle.

Let your mind slow down—without forcing it.


And just notice what begins to open.


Because insight isn’t something we chase.


It’s something that finds us—

when we finally create the space to receive it.




The pause is not empty.

It is where everything begins.


Eventually, we begin to recognize the beauty and the magic that has always existed within.
